Please note that if the shipping address is incorrectly put in by the customer, it is not our responsibility if the goods are sent to the wrong location. 

Return Policy:

  • All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise, or the client will be considered to have accepted the items. If the order was placed improperly placed or for change of mind, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Custom items and promotional bundles are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Before placing an order, the customer must check that all measurements and specifications are correct.
  • You may return the goods within 30 days for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee, the original shipping cost, and the return shipping price to cover the cost of the return if they are still packed and not opened in the condition you received them.
  • Due to the size of our products and the risk of them being damaged, they must be returned in their original packing. We are unable to accept goods that are missing or damaged packing, including the delivery skid or pallet.
  • Please inspect all goods before accepting and or signing for them within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise claims for damages and faults will be rejected.
  • Please not that if the product is installed any claim damages will be rejected.
  • Bespoke Craft does not accept liability for customers who choose to select different brands of colours and expect them to be an exact match. Customers must note that different brands may hold their own range of colour options which will differ from other suppliers. We suggest contacting our team if you are unsure whether the colours will match or sticking to the same ranges.
  • Please inspect all goods before accepting and/or signing for them within 24 hours of delivery; otherwise, all claims for damages or flaws will be denied.
  • Please be aware that any claim for damages will be denied if the product has been installed.
  • Customers that choose alternative brands of colours and expect them to match exactly are not covered by Bespoke Craft's warranty. Customers should be aware that individual brands may have their own set of colour options that differ from those offered by other vendors. If you're not sure whether the colours will match or if you want to stick to the same ranges, we recommend contacting our team.
